The reception in the town hall

On monday afternoon all the teams from towns all over Europe were given a warm welcome by the mayor and a french-speaking guy, whose name I do not know (but I think, that this is no problem, because, as you might know, names are only half the life, which Confucius said, or so... !?).
After the speech of the mayor we got some bags with some maps and a t-shirt, that we took on for the group photo, which you can see below:
